Managing Director and founder Geoff Hayter has worked in this industry for almost 40 years and brings to the table a quarter of a century of specific experience in finding pathways through and solutions to property matters, all grounded in the technical skills he honed as a commercial valuer.


Geoff adds creative thinking and problem solving to his years of professional experience in the property sector – along with the patience and persistence that are often pre-requisites to success.

Geoff will contribute to the success of your project through his leadership skills and his practice of land economy, providing you with services encompassing strategic property planning, asset management, land use studies, feasibility reviews and transaction support.

Andrew Lucas
Senior Associate

Senior Associate Andrew Lucas is qualified in valuation, accounting and business management and has well developed skills in retail modelling, thus providing him with a unique skill set for delivering sound financial solutions to property issues.

He brings strong analytical skills to Property & Advisory’s services including strategic property planning, asset management and land use studies, feasibility reviews, retail modelling and research.


Andrew is a high calibre commercial and financial analyst with qualifications in both property and accounting. He cut his teeth providing market analysis for the initial planning of Golden Grove in the early 1980s and performed a similar function for the Seaford Joint Venture in the 1990s. He has since provided market analysis and advice to many State Government Agencies, including SA Health, PIRSA, Renewal SA and Valuation SA; and to a range of privates including ACH Group, Local Government Finance Authority, Chapley Group and the Master Butchers Co-operative Ltd.

Andrew has high level IT and GIS skills, including in the area of retail modelling. These, together with his decades of commercial property experience, provide a vital resource for the delivery of the company’s services.

Lori Kitson-Currie
Office/Accounts Manager

Lori is the newest member of the Property & Advisory team with duties which entail managing the office, PA support and administrative assistance to the team, payroll & HR matters, accounts management and having responsibility for the final preparation and presentation of reports and submissions. Her role is integral to the smooth running of both the office and the business and to the quality of our output.


Lori has been in the administration and office support sector for over 20 years with various roles including Executive Assistant at a Civil Engineering & Construction Company, Senior Administration Assistant at a large credit union and a Personal Assistant to a Management Consultancy.
